Texturelovers is not bad, resolution is a bit small for some of them, but they have great quantity! I could not find anything about the license on the page, though. Sure they are free? Most of it is not free, though... But the prices are affordable I think if you realy use it commercially. And of course the content is not much so far. I hope to see more of these "scene packs" as they call it and the highres textures just rock! The way you can scroll around the HDRIs is pretty cool. I already downloaded all the free HDRIs and as far as I checked, they do pretty well in 3DsMax! On the other hand, the video section still is completely empty?!
